Chris Bollinger and his family are based in the heart of Silicon Valley. Chris is TriPacer’s interface with the national-level innovative technology industry ecosystem and as such he is instrumental in helping facilitate the bridge between TriPacer’s Federal Business Development and Government Affairs practices.

Chris has built a dual career in government and the venture-backed technology industry. He is the Founder / Managing Director of Frontier Strategic Advisors LLC. Chris brings 20+ years of experience in the military, government, and enterprise software industry to the TriPacer team. He is a former U.S. Marine Corps Officer, Diplomat, and built the U.S. & International Federal government businesses for several Silicon Valley-based software start-ups including Palantir Technologies, 4iQ, and Orbital Insight. He is a subject matter expert in the areas of large enterprise software business and market development, venture fundraising, advanced analytics, big data, AI/ML, and cybersecurity.

Chris advises the Founders and investors of early to mid-stage start-up technology companies, focused on: 

  • Large enterprise (commercial and Federal Government) Go-To-Market strategy;

  • Market development;

  • New market / vertical entry;

  • International market entry & risk management;

  • Venture fundraising;
